Andy Landers, Principal said “Pegasus Academy is once again celebrating its best GCSE results ever with its 4^th year of improved attainment and our highest attainment score ever achieved. Over 70% of learners achieved GCSE passes in Math’s and/or English with 22% of English learners getting higher grades of 7+.  Outside of the core subjects’ strengths can be seen in both the humanities subjects of History and Geography and across our vocational and practical subjects reflecting the breadth of excellence of our learners.  We send a well done and massive congratulations to both learners and staff for these fantastic achievements”

Most notably, more learners than ever achieved the higher grades, 7 to 9 which has been a major focus for our Trust. The Trust’s aspirant culture and positive climate for learning in all year groups is clearly leading to our learners’ success at the end of Year 11.
